UK: Greene King plc announced directors' shareholdings
Greene King plc announces on January 24 that, on 23 January 2006, 5,400 new ordinary shares in the company were transferred by Kleinwort Benson (Guernsey) Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Greene King Employee Share Trust, to satisfy shares awarded to employees of the group. As a result of the transfer, Rooney Anand, Ian Bull, Justin Adams, Mark Angela and David Elliott, who are beneficiaries of the trust, no longer have an interest in the 5,400 shares in the company. This brings the number of new ordinary shares in the Company owned by the Greene King Employee Share Trust to a total of 399,822.
